【IMPORTANT】
NSFW commissions are not accepted.
The products are digital files and do not require shipping. Once you decided to commission, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated below. If you, the client, did not read the terms of services thoroughly, I will not be held responsible for your own misconception. ToS is subject to changes without advanced notice.I have the right to decline a commission if certain provided ToSs and commission conditions are not met.
【PAYMENT】
No refund.
100% or 50% payment upfront before working.
If I have to force cancel a commission after approving sketch, only 50% of total payment will be refund.
The payment is done via Paypal invoicing (USD).
*I WILL ONLY RECEIVE PAYMENT(S) ONCE I APPROVE YOUR REFERENCES.
*IF THERE IS NO RESPOND AFTER 3 WEEKS SINCE THE TIME OF SENDING SKETCH AND REMINDER, THE COMMISSION WILL BE FORCE CANCELED.
For local Vietnamese, payment through bank-in is accepted (VND).
I do not accept other methods of said payment at the moment.Application must include actual image-based references with text detail. Any requests that are purely based on text detail description and have no actual reference, either a fee for character design will be charged or the request will be rejected, depending on the subject content.
【TAT & PROGRESS】
TAT: 1-3 weeks depends on commission type.Progress phase: Application - Payment & Confirmation - Sketch/draft - Editing - Confirmation (& Payment) - Line-art - Coloring - Finish & Transfer.I will only start working after the day in which the payment was completed.
You can cancel commission if the payment has not been sent yet.Please be as specific as possible when describing what you would want changed on editing phase(s).
Requests should include many image-based references with as much detail as possible for faster working time.Progress will be sent once when requested or when a phase is completed.
Unexpected exceeding timeframe may occur (usually health-related reasons), please feel free to send DMs or Email to check up on the status/progress at anytime.
Finished artwork will be sent through email or Google Drive.
I will not make edits once the finished version is sent unless the fault is with me.
【PERSONAL COMMISSION RIGHTS AND USAGE】
I have full rights to the commissioned artwork, including but not limited to:
The rights to post a watermarked version of your commission on other social media sites, with credit to you as the owner.
The rights to include your commission in my portfolio, website and art-related product by default.
The rights to use your commission for future commission examples by default.
Please note if you want your commission to be privated or not be publicly featured.The client may post, repost or use the commissioned works in any way (profile pictures, wallpapers etc.) as long as credits are provided. (personal use only)
The client may not post the commissioned works on an image-hosting website without permission.
The client may not claim the commissioned artwork as your own.
The client may not edit the commissioned artwork in any way.
The client and their partner(s) may not use commissioned artwork in any AI-art-training related platform.
【COMMERCIAL COMMISSION RIGHTS AND USAGE】
Includes all Personal Commission Rights and Usage.Prices are x2 the base amount.Additional PSD or CLIP files will be provided if requested.
Commercial commissions qualify as anything that will be used to make profit, whether directly or indirectly. (Ex: Advertising on Twitch, Youtube, Patreon, Facebook or any social medias)
The client may use commissioned artwork in any way on advertising and streaming platforms, for printing products, merchandise, etc. (Credits are not neccessary but reccommended.)
【NOTE】
Commissions will be undertaken in "First come, first served" order once applications are confirmed.

Default artwork size is 3500 x 3500 and will be adjusted depend on the type and/or additional request.
